Troy soccer heads to Mercer, Florida State

TROY, Ala. ( ­– Troy soccer hits the road to face Mercer on Friday at 6 p.m. before heading to Tallahassee to take on top-ranked Florida State at 3 p.m. on Sunday.

The Trojans (4-3) dropped a pair of heartbreakers last weekend surrendering the go-ahead goal to UT Martin and Ole Miss in the 87th minute or later. Troy is led offensively by Brooke McKee, who has scored three goals this season.

The pair of contests wrap up a four-game road stretch. Troy returns home next week for three straight games.
