It's no secret the heated controversy over gambling in Alabama has people talking. So we asked dozens of people what they thought, should the electronic bingo facilities be left alone, or do they support the Governor's Illegal Gambling Task Force in shutting them down? People from Prattville to Greenville all have very mixed opinions on the bingo battle.
Prattville resident Ericka Register says "I think we should have a chance to vote on it, or we are going to go somewhere else." Bill Chandler of Greenville is against electronic bingo, and says "gambling is trusting in the 'god of good luck' so I don't do that so I don't believe in it." Selma residents we talked to see it a little different, Rico Holmes says "I think people should be allowed to do whatever they want to do with their money."
