Baby Boys at A Higher Risk of Complications

British researchers say premature baby boys are at a higher risk of death and complications than premature girls.

Boys are also 14 percent more likely to be born early.

Doctors say girls mature faster then boys, even in the womb, making them less susceptible to infection and other ailments.
