Children Who Play Outside More Likely to Meet Activity Guidelines

A new study in the Journal of Pediatrics finds children who spend most of their time outdoors after school are three times more likely to meet physical activity guidelines. 

The World Health Organization recommends children get a minimum of 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity a day.
