Do Electronic Cigarettes Help You Kick the Habit?

Researchers in New Zealand put electronic cigarettes to the test to see if they work better than nicotine patches at helping smokers kick the habit.

Scientists used more than 600 smokers in their experiment and found that slightly more e-cigarette users were able to quit smoking for at least six months, but it was statistically a tie.
