There is new hope for women who have cysts on their ovaries.

PCOS or polycystic ovary syndrom is the most common cause of infertility in women.

Penn State conducted a nationwide study on two drugs and found Letrozole worked better.

More than a quarter of the infertile women who took the drug went on to give birth.

The other drug Clomiphine , which has been the standard treatment, had lower success rates and more side effects, including a higher rate of multiple pregnancies.
