Eating Fiber is Good for Your Heart

Eating more fiber could decrease your risk of a stroke.

British researchers found increasing your total daily fiber intake by seven grams decreases the risk of first time stroke by seven percent.

Seven grams of fiber is equal to one serving of whole wheat pasta plus two servings of fruits and vegetables.
