Eating Fish Could Lower Your Child's Asthma Risk

Eating fish may help kids breath easier.

A study in the journal Pediatrics found kids who were fed fish between six and 12 months were less likely to develop wheezing when they got older.

Researchers say follow up studies are needed to see if fish can also lower the risk of asthma.
