The World Health Organization says reducing salt intake and increasing potassium in your diet could save millions of lives from heart disease and stroke.

Cutting down on salt is commonly advised for people with high blood pressure and now health experts say increasing potassium has a similar benefit.

Potassium is found in most fresh fruit and vegetables.
