Exercise and Battling Insomnia

Exercise is a common way to battle insomnia, but researchers caution it is not a quick fix.

A new study at Northwestern University finds aerobic exercise during the day does not result in improved sleep that same night for people with insomnia.

Doctors say regular exercise over an extended period of weeks will eventually help most people sleep better.
