Researchers in the Netherlands found people who exercise, stick to a healthy diet, only consume a moderate amount of alcohol and don’t smoke cut their risk of heart problems.
But, when you add seven or more hours of sleep, chances of cardiovascular disease are even lower.
The study found sleep lowers the risk by 65 percent and reduces the risk of fatal cardiovascular disease by 83-percent.
