Getting Less Than Five Hours of Sleep Can Make You Gain Weight

A new study in the the journal Sleep suggests not getting enough sleep could cause you to overeat.

Researchers found sleeping just four hours a night can effect a hormone that stimulates hunger.

In men, their appetitite was increased, and women said they felt less full.
