Women who give birth to heavy babies are twice as likely to develop breast cancer, according to a new study.

Researchers in Texas found women who delivered babies over eight pounds had higher hormone levels, which can increase the risk of breast cancer.

Doctors say breast feeding, exercising and eating a healthy diet can lower women's cancer risk.
