High Fat Breakfasts Have Immediate Effects on Your Health

A new study tells us to think twice before starting the day with a fatty breakfast sandwich.

Canadian researchers looked at the effects of eating processed cheese and meat on a bun, even for just one day.

They found that two hours after eating the sandwich, there was already a decrease in blood vessel function.
