Hitting the Gym When You are Young Could Save Your Life

Researchers in Sweden say they've linked low muscle strength in adolescent boys to premature death.

Scientists followed one million males, ages 16 to 19, for 24 years.

Patients were given three muscle strength tests.

They found low muscular strength was associated with a higher risk for early death such as suicide and cardiovascular disease.

Doctors say it's another good reason to get to the gym.
