We all known regular exercise is important, but researchers at Tokyo University found that working out during middle age can significantly improve health as you get older. 

Exercise helps reduce the loss of skeletal muscle mass lessening poor quality of life and even premature death. 

The study found that regular exercise also improves grip strength, walking speed, and overall health.
