How Much Exercise is Enough for Men?

Researchers in Norway say just 12 minutes of exercise per week can significantly improve fitness in men.

They found that only four minutes of high-intensity training - three times per week makes a big difference for men who usually don't exercise.

Men who do exercise require more than 12 minutes per week.
