The study also found teens and 20-somethings who use indoor tanning booths increase their risk of melanoma 75 percent.

Melanoma is the deadliest form of skin cancer, a disease that strikes nearly 77,000 Americans each year, and takes nearly 9,500 lives.

Thirty-three states currently have laws restricting minors from using indoor tanning facilities.
