Is Botox an Effective Treatment for Migraines?

A new study finds Botox is not very effective for treating migraines.

Researchers say the FDA approved injections reduced chronic headaches by about 10 percent.

However, doctors writing in the Journal of the American Medical Association say prescription medications have better results.
