Melatonin Can Improve Your Night's Sleep

Researchers may have figured out how to help millions who take beta blockers get a better night sleep.

The drugs help control high blood pressure, but in some people it also causes sleeping problems.

A new study in the journal Sleep found melatonin supplements can significantly improve sleep in some of these patients.

Melatonin is a chemical the brain produces when its time to sleep.
