Morning Sickness Could Signal Bigger Complications

Pregnant women who experience severe morning sickenss in their second trimester may suffer placental complications later in the pregnancy.

Swedish researchers looked at women who were hosptialized for morning sickness.

Those in their second trimester were at greater risk for conditions like preterm preclampsia, plaental abruption and babies that are small for their age.
