New Ads Encourage Smokers to Quit

Since its first round of anti-smoking ads were so successful, the Centers for Disease Control and prevention is launching a new series.

The new ads launch Monday and feature real-life former smokers telling their stories.

The CDC says last year- calls to the hotline “800-Quit-Now” doubled while the anti-smoking ads were running.
