Pneumonia is Deadly for Children

Pneumonia is the leading cause of death for children under the age of five worldwide.

That according to researchers at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

They found 18 percent of deaths were the result of the severe respiratory disease, but researchers also found child death rates have declined overall in the last 10 years.
