Simple Habits to Help You Live Longer

A large study led by Johns Hopkins researchers finds the healthiest people exercise regularly, eat a Mediterranean-style diet, maintain a normal weight and don’t smoke.

Researchers found people who adopt those lifestyle behaviors are less likely to develop heart disease and have an 80 percent lower chance of dying from any disease.
