Study: All Restaurants Should List Nutritional Values

Just days ahead of new laws requiring large restaurant chains to post calorie content, a new study suggests all restaurants should list nutritional content.

Researchers at Tuft University found the average meal at individual and small chain restaurants contains two to three times the number of calories an adult should eat at a single sitting.

In fact, the average meal packs two-thirds of the calories a person should be eating for the whole day.
