A new study finds Tai Chi is more effective than other exercises for patients with Parkinson's disease.

Researchers in Oregon designed twice a week sessions for 195 patients - comparing stretching, resistance training and tai chi.

The ancient art of tai chi improved patients posture and stability and helped prevent falls.
