The Benefits of Regular Exercise

British researchers say people who walk to work are 40 percent less likely to have diabetes than those who drive.

The new study also found people who cycle or use public transportation to commute are healthier than drivers, too.

Physicians say the study highlights the importance of getting exercise on a regular basis.
