The Negative Health Effects of Sodas

New research finds drinking one extra sugary soft drink per day can increase your risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 22 percent.

Doctors say the findings indicate the effects of sweetened beverages on diabetes goes beyond the possibility of gaining weight.

The study also found drinking fruit juice did not significantly increase the risk of diabetes.
