Doctors: Too Many Parents Are Allowing Smoking Around Their Kids

Seventy-three percent of parents admit they smoke or let others smoke in their car, and doctors say that could be dangerous for kids.

Boston researchers found many of those parents sometimes allow smoking when their children are in the car.

The surgeon general says there is no safe level of smoke exposure.
