Video Games Can Help Kids Get Exercise

A new study finds some video games may actually be good for kids.

Canadian researchers say games that involve physical activity can help children get more exercise.

In a study, they found kids who play the games get an average of 50 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each time.
