Walking Can Lower Your Risk of Breast Cancer

An walking an hour a day may help lower your risk of breast cancer.

A large new study from the American Cancer Society found moderate recreational activity was associated with a 14 percent lower risk in post-menopausal women.

High physical activity was associated with a 25 percent lower risk.
