What to Eat When You are Expecting

A child's IQ could be related to what their mother ate during pregnancy.

British researchers followed more than 14,000 expectant moms and found most did not have enough iodine in their diet, which comes from seafood and dairy products.

Children of mothers who lacked iodine went on to have lower scores on IQ and reading tests.
