Fewer people die from strokes in areas with more doctors who specialize in neurology and neurosurgery.

New research in the Journal of Neurosurgery looked a data on more than 3,000 counties in the U.S.

It found more neurologists and neurosurgeons were associated with fewer deaths from stroke.
