Two new studies show young adults are still getting sunburned and using tanning beds.

A Centers for Disease Control study found half of adults younger than 30 were sunburned in the past year, even though many are using sunscreen and staying in the shade more.

A National Cancer Institute study found that indoor tanning is still common among young adults.

Experts say more needs to be done to educate young adults about the dangers of indoor tanning to prevent melanoma as their generation ages.
