Student of the Week

Teachers and School Administrators -- Now's the time to recognize outstanding students in your school. Nominate students for our CBS 8 Student of the Week Award, presented each Friday on CBS 8 News at 6:00.

Our award isn't necessarily for students with straight As. We want to honor students who volunteer in their communities, help with school projects or show compassion for their classmates.

It's time students who perform hard work or good deeds to get the recognition they deserve.
