The CBS 8 Golden Apple Award is presented once a week during the school year to an educator that has shown pride in their work, skill in teaching, and compassion for their students. Educators do so much for so little and this is our way to recognize them and elevate them to the status that they deserve!
If you know of an outstanding educator, please complete the information below so that your candidate can be considered for the CBS 8 Golden Apple Award.
Nominations can from from administrators, fellow teachers, parents, and even students!
Please understand that we get hundreds of nominations each year. As with any competition, not every nomination will win. Also, because of the sheer number of nominations we get, some nominees will not win in the same school year in which they were nominated. We will make every attempt to get the Golden Apple to all the truly outstanding educators in our area!
