Accused Rapist Sentenced on Other Charges
A man accused of raping two women in Troy is sentenced on other charges. Andre Ellis was sentenced to 22 years in prison on theft charges from March of 2011. Police say Ellis used forged paperwork to get a $12,000 car loan. Ellis is still awaiting trial on the two rape cases. Most Viewed
