Some hopeful Alabama fans bought tickets to both the SEC Championship Game and the BCS National Championship game before Auburn upset the Crimson Tide this past Saturday.

Now, Auburn fans are scrambling to find tickets to those games, while Alabama fans are trying to get rid of them.

"I really thought Alabama was going to beat Auburn," says Tigers fan Roger Wells. "I mean, I really did."

Now that Auburn is headed to Atlanta, some Alabama fans who had already bought tickets to the game, are getting rid of them.

"We got rid of all 10 tickets just within minutes basically," says Bama fan Jason Jones.

Jones says his whole family usually goes to the SEC Championship game when Alabama is playing in it. Now, the family is making other plans.

"In this case, there were some last minute changes because of what happened Saturday night."

Other fans are making last minute changes as well causing some travel advisors to work overtime. Grace Wells with Alabama World Travel says her phone has been ringing off the hook since the Iron Bowl.

"Three weeks ago, we were flooded with calls regarding the BCS National Championship in Pasadena by Alabama fans wanting to go ahead and get their spot and get their ticket and their flights taken care of ahead of time."

Wells says those Alabama fans who DID book ahead of time will get a partial refund. And although Auburn is not guaranteed a trip to Pasadena, she says says some fans are feeling confident.

"We have many Auburn fans calling, looking to grab spots as soon as they can, as fast as they can," she says. "To get hotel accommodations, to get fantastic tickets."

For some, it's never too early to book.

"I think that's pretty smart," says Roger Wells. "And let's see Auburn win and just win the whole thing, National Championship and all."
