From the CBS 8 West Alabama Newsroom-- Triple murder suspect Deandra Lee was back in a Lowndes County courtroom Tuesday-- where his bond on a previous charge was revoked. District Attorney Charlotte Tesmer says a 10-thousand dollar bond on Lee on a robbery charge from earlier this year was revoked by the judge based on the new charges against Lee. Lee is accused of shooting and killing Jordan and Taylor Dejerinett-- and 73-year-old Jack Girdner. Their bodies were found on a dirt road near Hayneville about two weeks ago. A preliminary hearing regarding the murders has been set for July 2nd. "He wants it done before a grand jury so that the other side has an opportunity to see what kind of bare bones evidence we have, we just have to prove probable cause that Mister Lee committed the murders." Lee's bond in the murder cases is set 3-million dollars.
