Country Crossing Developer Ronnie Gilley Reports to Prison

Country Crossing casino developer Ronnie Gilley reported to federal prison today.

A spokesman for the Bureau of Prisons says Gilley is incarcerated at the U.S. Penitentiary in Atlanta.

Gilley was originally supposed to report in August, but was given additional time to recover from surgery.

Gilley pleaded guilty to bribing state lawmakers to support gambling legislation and was sentenced to six years and eight months. Gilley developed the Country Crossing electronic bingo gaming center near Dothan.
