This week, CBS 8 news visits Daniel Pratt Elementary School in Autauga County to recognize a special teacher for an outstanding job in the classroom.

 

This week's Golden Apple Teacher is 5th grade teacher Stephanie Golden.

This week's golden apple teacher is nominated by a parent of twin students who says that their teacher goes above and beyond her call of duty.

after twenty years of serving in the military and then 9 years in the classroom... It's evident that Mrs. Golden is passionate about loving, serving and protecting people.
