A man accused of killing an Elmore County woman has been indicted by an Elmore County Grand Jury.

The Elmore County district attorney's office says Joshua Caspari was indicted for capital murder, theft of property, escape, and promoting prison contraband.

Caspari is accused of killing 20-year-old Anna Cardwell at her home in February.

Authorities say he also tried to escape from jail last month.

His sister, Jessica Caspari, was indicted yesterday for allegedly conspiring to help her brother escape.
