Mom Turns in Teenage Burglar in Selma

 A Selma teenager is in the Dallas County Jail after being arrested for burglary.

19 yr. old Christopher Deshaun Williams was arrested yesterday around 3:00 P.M. according to the Selma police department.

The arrest stemmed from a burglary investigation of a residence in the 1100 Block of Memorial Ave.

Williams and his accomplice, a 17 year old man, entered the residence by kicking in a door and stealing 2 TV's and $3,000.

They then used William's mother's vehicle to escape.

Williams mother later turned her son, and the stolen goods,  in after detectives went to their residence concerning the burglary.

Williams is being held on $21,000 bond.
