By Jamie Langley

The Montgomery housing authority breaks ground on a new development in the Capitol city... in hopes of bringing new hope to the former site of Tulane Court.

There will be 129 units with two and three bedrooms.

The plaza will cost 22 point 7 million dollars.

The funding comes from city and housing authority funds, as well as money raised through the sale of federal low income housing tax credits.
