From the West Alabama Newsroom--  A Wilcox County woman and her two year old daughter are killed in a trailer fire early Monday morning.

Thirty-two year old Flora Jean Smith and her two year old daughter Dorshay Searight were killed in the fire.

Authorities say another woman who was injured in the fire had to be air-lifted to Birmingham -- while a man and a six year old girl got out safely.

They say the fire happened at around 12:30 in the morning on the 3000 block of Highway 221 just west of Camden.

"I'm so heart-broken. It just took so much out of me to wake up this morning about 1:30 to the loss of my baby sister and my niece," said Ella Smith. "Words just can't explain how I feel right now, I'm so hurt. I'm real hurt."

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
