Update:Names Released of Two Young Brothers Who Drowned in Montgomery

The Montgomery Police Department has identified two children who drowned last night.

Montgomery police say seven-year-old Victor Garcia and his brother 5-year-old Cristubal Basurto drowned last night in their apartment complex pool.

The two brothers were found in the pool at the Cypress Court Apartments on Plaza Drive around 6:45 last night. The brothers were taken to the hospital where they were pronounced dead.

Police say the drowning were accidental and no charges are anticipated in the case.
