Deputies think they know who is behind a string of vandalism in Pike County. This weekend, eleven mailboxes were run over on county roads in between Banks and Monticello

Pike County Sheriff Russel Thomas said a part of the car's headlight was left at the scene. He said this helped lead deputies to their suspect.

Once a 21-year-old was interviewed by deputies, the sheriff said he confessed. According to the sheriff, five other teenagers were in the car. No charges have been filed yet, so no names are being released. One neighbor was told by deputies that those responsible would pay for the damages.
