A third lawsuit has been filed in connection with the deadly December shooting at Centennial Hill Bar & Grill that left 3 people dead and 5 others injured. The latest lawsuit was filed Thursday on behalf of 24-year-old Richard Davis, who was injured in the shooting.

The bar and its owner, Nicole Bankhead, are named as defendants in the suit.

This is the third lawsuit filed in connection with the deadly shooting. Attorneys for Keldric Landon, Clarence Young and Ferro Bennett are also suing the bar and its owner.

The lawsuit from Collins also lists the security company hired to work at the club that night as "fictitious defendants."

All seek a jury trial and unspecified damages for suffering and injuries. The bar's owner has not returned calls asking for comments on the lawsuits.
