An Autauga County man indicted on murder charges makes an appearance in court. Richard Tyus's bond was revoked after he failed a drug test.

He has filed for youthful offender status for the September murder of Brian Bristow. Tyus is accused of stabbing Bristow after a fight broke out while the two were watching a football game in the Pink Lilly Community.

Tyus' attorney says the hospital is to blame for the victim's death because of an infection that occurred.

His youthful offender hearing has been rescheduled for May 27.
