White Substance Found on Envelope at AG's Office Identified

The white substance found on the letter sent to the Attorney General's office has been identified.

Investigators say the substance found on the letter was toothpaste.

The Dallas County Sheriff's Office confirms the letter was sent from an inmate.

Officials say an inmate used toothpaste to seal the envelope.

The Attorney General's office was evacuated and quarantined last Wednesday while testing on the letter was performed.

No word on if any charges will be filed.
